Supports that empowers change and nurtures harmony
Harmony Rising Services provides Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination to NDIS participants.
At Harmony Rising Services, we offer personalised, compassionate and person-centred support for people of all ages. Our practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and built on respect, empathy and collaboration.
We work alongside individuals, families and support networks to understand each person’s needs, goals and experiences. Through Positive Behaviour Support, we help build skills, improve quality of life and create meaningful, lasting change. Through Support Coordination, we assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, and build the confidence to navigate their supports.
Whether you are seeking support to navigate behaviours of concern, strengthen daily living skills, coordinate services, or create a more inclusive and supportive environment, we are here to walk beside you every step of the way.
Let us support you on your journey
